Below are some FAQs regarding this design service.
  1. When can I expect to receive my order?
    Depending on the circumstances, a design can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to complete. Please give that amount of leeway time before directing any concerns. If it is not possible to complete the design within a month, you will receive a message to get updated on the current status of your layout.

  2. What are the payment methods for ordering?
    Paypal is the only payment method available to purchase a design.

  3. What is the ordering process going to be like?
    1. Client fills out the form completely and relevently.
    2. A response is given within 1-3 weeks with a reasonable price quote.
    3. Client agrees to the price quote and pays for 50% of it.
    4. A design is created and sent to client for further revision.
    5. Revisions are performed, client approves of the final design.
    6. The final 50% of the price is paid.
    7. The zip file of the design is emailed to the client.
    8. Process Complete.

  4. Can I remove the credits?
    If you have ordered a custom design you are able to remove the credit link off the layout. If you have ordered a Partial Purchase you must have the credit link in either the main page or credits at least.

  5. I am not satisfied with the design I received. Can you change it?
    The order & designing process ensures at least a minimum satisfaction for customers. The design will not be sent to you if it has not been approved by yourself. Make sure during the designing process that you provide as much detail as possible to ensure maximum satisfaction. There will be little I can do to adjust the design after it has been delivered to you.

  6. What is the difference between a Partial Purchase and Complete Purchase?
    Partial Purchase: Minimum price quota is paid to customize the title of an existing design. Credits cannot be removed.
    Complete Purchase: Full price is paid to customize the title and colours of an existing design. Credits may be removed with permission.
    * This applies to premade templates only. Customers can choose to purchase a template without customization for the Partial Purchase cost.
